We loved the The Sunset Suite and found that it grew on us the longer we stayed. Initially we were a little disappointed that we had no cooktop in the kitchen but we quickly realized that eating out was the cheaper and better option, considering the quality of the vegetables and fruit that we saw on sale.
When I say it grew on us, we realized what a huge advantage it was to be up high and collect the ocean breeze each day which had a wonderful cooling effect on the whole place.
We so appreciated the collection of books that were provided. I read "Bali Moon" and forget the name of the other but found them fascinating and good to learn about the local culture and their beliefs etc.
Son-in-law appreciated being able to watch a good TV and the beds were very comfortable. Service was great, as were the staff and by the time we had to leave we were sad to be saying ‘goodbye’ to them all.
I feel that Norman has made the downstairs dining area very cosy, intimate and comfortable, we found the meals to be very nice, good choice and nothing was too much trouble.
We found both pools to be just great.

The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique is Bali's best keeped secret. I should know as I have travelled to Bali for the past 30 years.
We had a fantastic time in Bali and loved The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique. We hope to be able to book it again soon.
The location was perfect for us to wander down to the beach and our favourite restaurants. And the staff were fantastic.
We look forward to our next stay in The Sunset Suite.
Thank you, thank you, thank you…. We had a ball. The Sunset Suite is beautiful - we loved the lay out so much that Graham would like it to be the top story of our new home we plan to build in the next 18 months. Flight home was delayed by an hour but we did get home eventually. Back to work today and reality hit hard. We’d both like very much to come back - in fact Graham is planning a trip within the next few months to buy some furniture and limestone carvings to bring back.

We stayed for a fabulous 8 days and there's still so much to do.
The Sunset Suite is a gem in the jewel of Seminyak.
We had sun, cyclones and storms and the huge windows captured them all in natural technicolour. Our thanks to Chris for making this holiday possible and our fondness and love to Norman and the caring, fun staff for bringing this holiday all together to make it a dream come true.
We'll be back very soon this year.
We had a good time and thought The Sunset Suite was lovely. The staff were friendly, the flower arrangements were beautiful and it is well located.
It is nice (and different) to have a view and to catch the cooling breezes.
We would happily recommend the suite and stay again if we travelled to Bali with other people.

We had a nice getaway but the stay was too short to completely appreciate the beauty of the island.
We had a great time staying at The Sunset Suite - practically playing hide-and-seek given the ‘bigness’ of the place.
The experience was great with good service staff and was a value for money stay.
I can't believe it's a month since we left beautiful Bali. We had a wonderful time and thouroughly enjoyed our luxurious accomodation in The Sunset Suite. The staff were all warm and friendly and were most helpful when needed.

We loved The Sunset Suite and were sorry to leave after only 2 nights (sorry to leave Bali full stop!). The staff were lovely, and we especially appreciated the housekeeping staff with a sense of humour, who crafted bikinis from face washers for the ornamental ladies on our vanities!! It gave us a real laugh.
Trev and I had The Oriental Bedroom and I loved opening the curtains in the morning and hopping back into bed to drink in the view for a while. Trev enjoyed the jacuzzi, despite it keeping Deb and Elaine awake.
We're hoping to get to Europe next year, but maybe another trip to Bali the following year (or next year if we win Lotto!), and would definitely want to return to The Sunset Suite.

For me, the Sunset Suite was great! It's size is enormous and the sunset views are superb.
The A/C in the bedrooms was functioning very well but, due to the number of A/C's(3) in comparison with the size of the main living area, you couldn't get it cool enough according to my wife anyway).
Very friendly staff. The suite was cleaned every day. We had our evening meals down in the Bali Mystique restaurant and the food was very good (being a Belgian, I think I know a little bit about good food) and very reasonably priced.
Price-quality : the best you can find in Bali!!

Our stay was most pleasant, and the accommodation is just fabulous.
Our only little issue was the mini-bar which is the same anywhere over the world, I guess. It was obviously replaced with different items prior to our arrival and not checked. But this is exceptionally minor as the management and staff were delightful, right down to the kitchen staff and the dining was fabulous.
We look forward to returning to Bali next year and staying there again. The management is a added bonus. They provided us with a hassle free trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We had a lovely holiday and The Sunset Suite generally exceeded all expectations, although you might like to take a look at some of the bi-fold doors, which sometimes have a habit of jamming. Otherwise, we found the suite very spacious and comfortable, and the views are superb. It's also very nice to always be greeted by such friendly staff.

We all had a great time and The Sunset Suite was everything we hoped for. Rebecca (three and a half) had lots of space and her own room (very grown up!!) and fell in love with the pools. And yes, the DVD player plays Australian DVDs, so the Bananas in PJs got a good workout.
Nona and Ketut were both very helpful and friendly and everything on that front went very smoothly.
We followed up a number of your restaurant recommendations. We just loved La Lucciola for the perfect Bali experience fabulous food, great vistas and a short walk home). If you could arrange for it to be relocated in Melbourne, we would be grateful!!!
So all and all we had a great time and were very sad to leave and return to reality.
Your help in booking the holiday and all the other information you provided was very much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending The Sunset Suite to our friends as a great place to stay in Bali.

We had a great time in your gorgeous Sunset Suite - next time we will take another couple with us - it is so big. Bed very comfortable.
We had everything we could have required. Ketut was just wonderful and so was Nona - very shy but very sweet.
The large terrace is a gorgeous place to relax and have a "cocktail" after the beach in the afternoon. We also used the area where the outside table is quite a bit, certainly for a quiet
drink in the early evening. We had our friends for lunch one day, we used this area and it was just fantatic.
We found the location perfect for us. My sister and brother-in-law and some of their friends were in villas around the corner (ours was
nicer) and this made life very easy. We went to The Living Room, Ku De Ta, The Oberoi for dinner which was gorgeous, La Lucciola and another one very close to The Sunset Suite called Sarong - absolutely brilliant. We ate in the Bali Mystique restaurant twice and the food was great, especially the Seafood Linquini - delicious.
When I asked you if The Sunset Suite looked like the picture on your website, you said yes and you
were very honest because it did and met all our expectations.
We will certainly be back to Bali Chris, this was not our first time and it won't be our last. We will most certainly stay in The Sunset Suite.

Following on from Julie's posting, we had such a wonderful time
that I felt it only right to respond myself.
The whole holiday from start to finish was excellent. As you know, we started in Kuta as part of our airline package and had five great days there.
We got a taxi to The Sunset Suite not really being sure what to expect. Our hopes were high based on the internet and e-mail conversations with you, but nothing could have prepared us for what we got.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff. We sat down, collected
our thoughts and had a drink. We looked around to get a feel of the place and then checked-in, which was done quickly and efficiently in a very friendly manner. We got the keys and went in search of The Sunset Suite - by this time our bags had already disappeared!!!
We got to the suite and, once inside I can assure you that the four of us just stood there with our mouths open. It was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations in every way and, believe me they were pretty high.
Throughout our nine day stay, I can honestly say that there was nothing to complain about.
Ketut and Nona were just fantastic. We had some great conversations with Ketut every morning. Their service and helpfulness was second to none so
please pass on our thanks to both of them, as they were an integral
part of our holiday.
The suite was just fabulous and the views great. The information provided by you regarding places to eat were all very helpful, the one thing that you did omit was that the food in the hotel was also excellent and great value.
All in all, just a fabulous experiance and we will be singing your praises for years to come.

P.S - I hope the executions of the Bali bombers doesn’t have a negative impact on tourism with reprisals etc, seems to be in the headlines at the moment and must say I was relieved that nothing happen whilst we were there. Was conscious of it the whole time I was there but it didn’t detract from our stay.
We both had a great time - aside from a bout of "Bali Belly" for the both of us!
The Sunset Suite was everything we expected and Ketut and Nona were both wonderful.

We had a great time in Bali (it was my first time, and Amanda’s third in 20 years). We loved The Sunset Suite - spacious, quiet, and close to the shops and good eateries.
Ketut was terrific - great personality and good advice. He helped us with a driver to go to Ubud - cost us 300,000 rupiahs, pretty good. Ketut certainly added to our enjoyment of our stay. Nona also did a good job keeping the place clean and her breakfasts were very good.
The hotel staff were very helpful, they showed up on time at the airport to pick us up.
We had dinner at The Living Room and La Lucciola, terrific food and atmosphere, but it's a pity they don’t have Indonesian food on the menu. We also ate at lots of other little places.
The girls loved the shops in Seminyak, although not too good if you want to bargain.
All in all we had a great time, saw two beautiful sunsets from the terrace and will certainly recommend your establishment to others who want to stay around Seminyak.
Have a good Christmas and a safe and healthy 2009.

Everything was terrific. The Sunset Suite was excellent and in a perfect location for us. We were looking at property to buy and confirmed that it has to be in close proximity to there.
We intend coming to Seminyak again mid year so will contact you when dates are confirmed to hopefully book in again, if it is available.
Actually in Kuta for school holidays in April with the kids. Will be a shock to the system after last six days but they love it there so what can you do - ha ha.

The Sunset Suite is beautiful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our wedding went perfectly. We didn't get the sunset wedding we wanted or even get to see the full moon due to the cloudy, but it was dry, and this at least made it not too hot.
We borrowed a pile of CDs as we were having trouble figuring out how to play my i-pod through the stereo. For future reference, just tell people to connect the cable and play through the TV. And having breakfast available till noon was great. I hope we didn't leave the place in too much of a mess, (we used just about every glass in the cupboard!) They spread flower petals everywhere for our arrival, which really made us feel welcome. And the champagne was yum - we asked for more but there was none left.
We had a wonderful wedding in Bali and are now thinking of coming back in August with different friends. I will recommend the suite to anyone who wants to splash out in Bali.

This comes very late and I'm sorry but just wanted to say what a great time we had in The Sunset Suite when we stayed in July.
It was perfect for us and we thought that Ketut and Nona were charming - how lucky for you to have them to take care of us.
Our weather was not perfect but that had dogged us throughout Europe so no surprises, well there should have been because it should be very good at that time of the year.
We have recommended the suite to all our friends so hopefully you will get plenty of business and if we are lucky enough, we would love to come back as well.
