A 50% security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking. The balance of the account is due 60 days before your scheduled arrival date.
For bookings from Australia, payment can be made in Australian Dollars by internet transfer. Secure payment by credit or debit card can also be made through PayPal, in which case an additional supplement of 1.5% will apply.
For bookings from countries other than Australia, payment can be made in US Dollars by telegraphic transfer.
All charges and fees associated with bank and credit / debit card transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
We must receive formal cancellation instructions by fax or e-mail, which must be made by the same person who made the original booking. In case of cancellation, the following conditions shall apply:
Cancellations received over 60 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund the total payment received less a A$150.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received less than 60 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund 50% of total payment received.
Cancellations received less than 30 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund 30% of total payment received.
All refunds will be based on the above figures less any applicable bank charges incurred in organizing the refund transfer. All bank charges for the sending and receiving of funds are the responsibility of the guest and any fees deducted by the bank upon receipt of the funds will be charged to you upon arrival at the suite.
The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique is a privately owned sub penthouse suite located within The Bali Mystique Hotel. Rates do not include services provided by the hotel such as baggage handling services, gratuities, hairdressing and massage treatments, telephone, e-mail and internet charges, food, beers/wines and soft drinks taken from the mini bar in the suite or purchased at the hotel bar and restaurant and personal items and expenses, all of which are payable direct to The Bali Mystique Hotel at time of check-out, plus Service Charges and Government Tax associated with these additional services.
Damage to the suite including damage to furnishings and fittings, breakages etc., along with any excessive upholstery cleaning required at the time of departure will be charged to the guests responsible for the damage.
Functions, parties and ceremonies cannot be held in The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique without prior approval by the management and, where applicable, payment of a venue hire fee that is in addition to the cost of guest accommodation.
What makes The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique so unique is its elevation above ground level (up to 50 feet). It is the responsibility of adult guests to supervise children staying in the suite to ensure their safety at all times, especially around the perimeter of the outside terraces. Whilst the perimeter wall is protected by an outer ledge that greatly reduce the risk of accidental fall, the balustrades are possibly not high enough to create a barrier for younger children. Please also note that the marble floors can be slippery when wet.
Whilst the safety of guests is our prime concern, the Owners of The Sunset Suite @ Bali Mystique cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained by guests whilst staying in the suite.

Lovina Sunset Villa is a privately owned villa located in its own grounds above Lovina. Rates do not include massage treatments, telephone, e-mail and internet charges, food and drinks (unless otherwise noted) personal items and expenses, all of which are payable direct to the management of Lovina Sunset Villa at time of check-out.
