Terms and Conditions

A 50% security deposit is required to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking. The balance of the account is due 60 days before your scheduled arrival date.

We must receive formal cancellation instructions by fax or e-mail, which must be made by the same person who made the original booking. In case of cancellation, the following conditions shall apply:

Cancellations received over 60 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund the total payment received less a US$150.00 administration fee.

Cancellations received less than 60 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund 50% of total payment received.

Cancellations received less than 30 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund 30% of total payment received.

All refunds will be based on the above figures less any applicable bank charges incurred in organizing the refund transfer. All bank charges for the sending and receiving of funds are the responsibility of the guest and any fees deducted by the bank upon receipt of the funds will be charged to you upon arrival at the suite.
